Every custom print tile we ship starts with a decision: what story does this tile need to tell?
1. Reference
We collect source imagery — heraldry, period art, pop-culture references — and build a mood board. Each tile has to read clearly at stud-scale (about 8mm), so silhouette and contrast matter more than detail.
2. Vector
Designs get rebuilt from scratch in a vector editor. We work in pure CMYK, with a 0.15mm minimum line weight — anything finer will blur on curved tile surfaces.
3. Proof & Print
We proof on a test sheet, compare color under daylight and LED, and only then commit to a production run. Every tile is pad-printed one color at a time — no stickers, no decals.
