BrickForge ships from the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.
Shipping Within Canada

Free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD. Rates are calculated based on a minimum package weight of 1 kg via Canada Post Regular Parcel or equivalent service. All prices include applicable taxes — no surprise charges at checkout.

US orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. BrickForge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Custom Print Products — Additional Processing Time
Orders containing custom-printed items (Custom Print Tiles, Custom Mini Site orders) require additional production time before shipping:

Production begins once your design has been approved and payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your custom order enters production, and another when it ships.
Order Processing
Standard (non-custom) orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
All domestic Canadian and US shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package via Canada Post or the applicable carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@brickforge.ca and we will investigate with the carrier. Under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002, if goods purchased online are not delivered within 30 days of the promised delivery date, the consumer may be entitled to cancel the agreement.
