All products sold by BrickForge are third-party LEGO-compatible parts and are not manufactured by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the LEGO Group. “LEGO” is a trademark of the LEGO Group.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. BrickForge reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

Intellectual Property

All content on brickforge.ca including text, images, and logos are the property of BrickForge unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

BrickForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
